In view of this, the applicant no.1 is hereby permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lac) kept in fixed deposit in the name of applicant no.3, who is still minor.

The applicant no.2 who is now major may file a separate application for withdrawal of the amount. 4.
