ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2626 days which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned A.G.P. as well as the learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the applications are allowed and the delay of 2626 day in these applications stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
