Heard learned counsel for the applicants. None present for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that this Court, by judgment and order dated 9th November, 2015, alongwith other connected appeals, dismissed the present First Appeal No.422/2006. Even this court has allowed the other claimants to withdraw the amount deposited by the other side before this Court. 3.

In view of this, for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed. Disbursement of the amount is to be made as per the judgment and award of the Tribunal. Civil application is accordingly disposed disposed of.
