This application is for restoration of the writ petition which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition is dismissed before issuance of notice to the respondents as such notice to respondents is dispensed with.

Perusal of the record indicates that the petition was dismissed on 16.12.2024 for non-removal of office objections. Since respondents were not issued with notice, notice of this civil application to the respondents is dispensed with.

Perusal of the application shows that delay is satisfactorily explained. The same is not deliberate or inordinate. Hence, application stands allowed. Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of two weeks.
