The learned Advocate submits that he has received instructions to withdraw this contempt petition. Mr. Jadhavar further seeks leave to place on record the communication received from the petitioner -Anil Govindrao Korde. Leave granted. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr. Jadhavar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, leave granted as prayed. The contempt petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
