This Court in the morning session had passed an order placing this matter tomorrow for recording compromise. In the meantime, the parties approached the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and verified the compromise terms. Learned Registrar (Judicial) has promptly recorded the compromise and same is now placed before this Court. Both the parties are identified by their respective Advocates. Learned Registrar's report shows that the compromise is duly verified. In view of the compromise the parties have decided to co-habit together. 02.

In view of the compromise, the First Appeal succeeds. The decree of divorce passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad in HMP No. 420 of 2023 stands set aside. 03.

The First Appeal accordingly stands disposed off. In view of disposal of the First Appeal, pending Civil Application stands disposed off.
