Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Registrar's order dated 27.02.2017 is recalled. Petition is restored to its original number. Petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been revoked.
