The original claimant has filed present application seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in this Court. First Appeal No.1830/2013 filed by the appellant Insurance Company has been dismissed by this Court vide order passed on 24th November, 2015. In view of the fact that the appeal preferred by the Insurance Company has been dismissed, the application is allowed. The original claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited by the Insurance Company.
