In view of the said prayer, he is allowed to withdraw the Criminal Public Interest Litigation.

The Criminal Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of as withdrawn.

As regards the amount of Rs.50,000/- that was deposited by the petitioner in view of the order passed by this Court on 20.06.2023, amount of Rs.45,000/- be refunded to the petitioner and rest of the amount i.e. Rs.5,000/- be credited to the Government.
