The appellant Insurer has preferred an appeal so far as quantum of compensation awarded by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon in MACP No.10./2008 by the impugned judgment and award dated 17.02.2014.

In view of this, both the claimants i.e. applicant Nos. 1 and 2, who are parents, are allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs) in equal shares on executing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial ) of this court. 4.
