Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A limited grievance raised in the petition. The petitioner submits that the petitioner was selected as one of the employees. On grant of two increments the petitioner retired in the year 2009. He submitted the representations to the authorities. Then, the petitioner came to know about an order passed by this Court in the petition of the petitioners who are identical. The petitioner again submitted the representations to the authorities, those are placed on record at Exhibit-"H". These representations are of 13/01/2019.

Considering these facts, we are of the opinion that the petition can be disposed of at the admission stage with directions to the respondents with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representations submitted to the authorities. 4.

The writ petition is dismissed.
