Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel Mr. Deshmikh fairly submitted before us that he is only pressing prayer clause 'A' and the grievance of the petitioner is though the petitioner is approached the committee with the applications to provide certified copies of the documents, the committee is not paying any heed to these applications.

The learned AGP, who appears for Respondent No.2 - Committee, on instructions from the Committee, submitted before us that the Committee will provide the documents sought for in the application dated 05.02.2019 and the reminder application dated 12.02.2019, within (2) two weeks. The statement of the learned AGP, on instructions, is accepted. 4.

As the statement of the learned AGP takes care of the grievance of the petitioner, nothing survives in the petition, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
