DATE : 8th MARCH, 2023 P.C.:- On instructions, in view of the assurance given by the Additional Collector, Ahmednagar in its communication dated 28th June, 2022, the petition is not pressed.

However, we direct the Collector to place on record the report of compliance pursuant to the aforesaid communication in any case by 30th June, 2023.

Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, it is made clear that the issue as regards the status of illegal construction of the building is looked into. Rest of the issues, whether respondents deserve disqualification or the school was being run illegally is not gone into at this stage.
