By the present Appeal, the Appellant / victim challenged the order dated 30.09.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1113 of 2024 in Crime No.0321 of 2024, registered with Zillaha Peth Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 24.03.2025.
