Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned counsel for appellant-insurance company. 2) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance 25% amount be invested in any Nationalized Bank in FDR, initially for the period of two years and if so required for further period till disposal of the appeal. CA for withdrawal of the amount stands disposed of.

3) For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, delay of 58 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. The appeal be registered in accordance with law. CA for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

4) On registration of the appeal, issue notice of final disposal to the respondent, returnable after four weeks. Shri Mundhe, learned Counsel waives service of notice for the respondent, i.e. original claimant.

5) In view of the fact that the appellant/insurance company has deposited the entire amount of compensation, the interim order passed by this court on 10th April, 2014 is made absolute. Civil Application for stay stands disposed of.
