PER COURT :- The first Civil Application is filed on 17.9.2018 and the second Civil Application is filed on 24.2.2017. The applicant-petitioner prays that, the Writ petition No.10410/2012 be listed for final hearing out-ofturn. Since this Court is taking-up old writ petitions for final hearing from 1992 onwards, on every Thursday, the petition filed in 2012 cannot be given an out-of-turn final hearing. Both the Civil applications, are, therefore, disposed off.

Liberty is, however, granted to the litigating sides to renew their request in August, 2019.
