It has been pointed out that under the orders of this Court in Criminal Application No.2774 of 2021 dated 27.01.2022 Regular Criminal Case No.716 of 2021 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar has been transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction in Pune and, therefore, now, the jurisdiction of this writ petition would be before the Principal Seat of this Court. Therefore, we transfer this petition to the Principal Seat.
