After arguing for some time, on coming across the settled legal position that mere exhibition of document does not mean that the document is proved on record, and its admissibility and relevancy is to be considered by the Trial Court at the time of final hearing and as this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to question admissibility and relevancy of the said document on merits, before the Trial Court.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
