For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Amendment in terms of Annexure "C-1" ( not annexed to the Civil Application), which is tendered across the bar, be carried out within 3 (three) weeks. Since the amendment is quite lengthy, the Petitioner shall tender a freshly typed amended copy of the memo of the petition within the same timeline and supply copies to the learned Advocates for the Respondents.

The Respondents are at liberty to file their affidavits in khs/March 2023/3611
