According to the learned Advocate Mr. Dixit, for the petitioners, 800 persons are not paid the compensation as has been agreed upon and directed by this Court in the Writ Petition No. 7187/2020 under the order dated 06.01.2021. 2.

Mr. Karlekar, learned AGP has placed on record a chart which suggest that 3121 persons are paid the amount as per the orders of this Court and as undertaken in the afdavit, 337 persons are dead.

According to Mr. Dixit learned Advocate, 800 persons

65CP325 not paid the amount, are excluding 3121 persons shown to have been paid the amount and 337 dead persons. 4.

It will not be possible to consider each and every person's claim. The government has placed on record the data about the payments made to 3121 persons. 5.

The petitioner may produce the list before the authorities concerned, the same may be verifed by the respondent - authority as per the records available. 6.

Writ Petition is still pending. In the pending Writ Petition the said fact can also be agitated. Contempt Petition is disposed of.
