The learned AGP has placed on record a compilation (09 pages), which is collectively marked as "X-1" for identification.

The learned AGP submits that the final award has been pronounced on 01.07.2022. The demand for money would be forwarded within 21 days. The amount would be received within two months. Thereafter, the amount will be disbursed to the petitioner and all other similarly situated beneficiaries under the said project.

In view of the above, we are giving sufficient time

*2* 908cp209o22 to the authorities to ensure that the amount is received by 30.09.2022 and the said amount is disbursed to the beneficiaries of the project including the petitioner, on or before 15.10.2022. 4.
