The Applicant/Petitioner prays for leave to add the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded as Respondent No.6. 2.

It is canvassed that the Petitioner's admission with Respondent No.5 College will be for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course. The College is affiliated to the Nanded University. Her further admission to the M. Pharma course requires that the University should be arrayed as a Respondent.

For the reasons assigned, this Civil Application is allowed. Leave to add the Nanded University as Respondent No.6. Addition be carried out forthwith.

Considering the above and the order passed by this Court on 21.10.2022 in Civil Application No. 13284 of 2022, the admission of the Petitioner to the M.
