From the record, it appears that the applicants had induced the informant to invest in their share trading company named 'Asitek Solutions Company', assuring returns at the rate of 8% per month initially, and subsequently 12% per month on the investments made. Prima facie, such returns are unrealistic and impossible.

The applicants shall demonstrate the amounts invested by the investors in 'Asitek Solutions Company' and the amounts, if any, returned to them.
