In both these matters, the "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe certificates issued by the competent authority to the petitioners, suffer a spelling mistake i.e. "W" is set out instead of

The second petitioner has preferred an online application. The first petitioner has preferred a physical application.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

Let the first petitioner (Sanket Isankar) file an online application. Both these applications of the petitioners would be considered by the concerned Sub Divisional Officer after the original certificates are surrendered. By assessing the authenticity of the certificates, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer would issue the corrected certificates, on or before 21.03.2023.
