The applications are filed interim stay to the impugned judgment and award.

Learned counsel for the applicant acquiring body submits that the earlier application for stay is rejected on the ground that the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time. Learned counsel submits that now the applicant has received funds and ready to deposit the amount. learned counsel for the claimants do not have any objection to grant the stay. 3.
