Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in person before the Court, submits that though the State has returned the proposal to the District Collector, Beed with directions to re-submit the proposal in terms of the Circular dated 25.02.2019 prescribing procedure for submission of such type of proposals, the Collector Beed has now re-submitted the proposal on 05.08.2021 mentioning therein 73 properties of the accused persons, and the matter is under consideration of the Government. Learned APP submits a report to the extent of the submissions made above. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far the investigation of the certain crimes is still in progress, the forensic audit is necessary.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that an Auditor has been appointed to carryout the work of forensic audit and the said work has been assigned to M/s. Thakral Associates.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this application, the Investigating Officer has effected arrest of the accused, who is the Chairman of the concerned Society. 5.
Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the arrest of almost 10 accused in connection with the said crime came to be effected. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing of this petition is over.
7.
In view of the above submissions, the criminal writ petition is disposed of.
