Pursuant to the order passed in Lok Adalat, the Insurance Company has deposited the money in this Court and the original claimants are seeking its withdrawal.

Learned advocate Mr. Randhir for the claimants submits that he has already served advocate Swapnil Patil for the Insurance Company. 3.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited in this Court in the proportion and as per the direction of the Tribunal in the judgment and award dated 30.11.2017. 4.

However, the learned advocate for the claimants submits that claimant Harshvardhan is still a minor and would attain majority by the end of November 2020. Therefore, the amount to be received by Harshavardhan 1/2

931.CA.2745.2020.odt shall be paid to him after 30.11.2020.
