This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Learned counsel for applicants/claimants places reliance on order dated 24.03.2023 passed in connected applications. He seeks the same order to be passed in this application.

Learned counsel for acquiring body does not dispute that similarly placed claimants are granted relief. Hence the following order :-

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicants permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited compensation alongwith the proportionate interest thereon till date, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. iii) Remaining amount be invested in FDR in any nationalised bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
