It is stated that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since January 2016. The employer has

issued notice to produce the validity or else adverse action would be taken.

The impugned notice is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine

(9) months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.3.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The employer shall not take action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
