By order dated 23.01.2019, permission was given to the applicant Bhagwan Madhavrao Watemod to participate in Writ Petition No.9423 of 2018 by filing application for seeking intervention. 2.

The learned counsel for this person-applicant submitted that this person had applied under Section 50-A(1) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 and that matter is subjudicised before the Assistant Charity Commissioner at Nanded.
