After this matter was heard for quite some time on 11/08/2021, the learned Advocate for the petitioners sought an adjournment. Today, the learned Advocate submits that both the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to enable petitioner No.1 to approach the concerned Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule and petitioner No.2 would approach the Grievance Redressal Committee under the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, applicable to Kavayatri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn with liberty as may be permissible in Law. All contentions of the parties are khs/Aug. 2021/3187

Needless to state, if the issue of delay crops up before the competent forum, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 19/02/2020, till the passing of this order would be considered as a good ground for condonation. As the petitioners have about 4 years of service prior to their superannuation, we expect the Authority dealing with the proceedings of the petitioners to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31/12/2021.
