PER COURT :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, after filing of the present writ petitions, in the month of April, 2015 the petitioners are paid retiral benefits. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners have retired in the year 2011. Retiral benefits are paid after lapse of four years. The petitioners be paid interest amount for the late payment of the retiral benefits. Even regular pension is not paid regularly.

Mr. Thigle, learned counsel for respondent No.2 Municipal Council states that Municipal Council is facing financial difficulties, still, by making efforts, arrears of pension have been paid and retiral benefits have been paid. The interest may not be awarded against the respondents.

In fact, the purpose of the petition is served. All petitioners have been paid retiral benefits in April, 2015. 4.

Considering the above, writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
