Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Mr.Sant, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.4.

The petitioner has appeared for third (II) M.B.B.S. examination.

The result is

2 W.P.No.2543/18 withheld on the ground that validity is not submitted.

The Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.3.2018.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue internship, however, degree certificate shall not be issued unless validity is produced.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
