Vide order dated 10.12.2014, we had issued certain directions. Affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the Respondent No.4 stating that the Respondent No.4 is of the opinion to include the name of the petitioner in the element of Family Pension. Learned Addl. Govt. Pleader states that now the proposal has been received. The name of the petitioner would be included in the element of Family Pension. The said exercise shall be done expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months. 3.

In light of the said affidavit filed, the Writ Petition is

disposed of. No costs.
