The petitioners have challenged the order dated 02/02/2019 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. Considering Schedule E under Section 247 of the MLR Code, the petitioners have a statutory remedy of approaching the Additional Collector.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy. If such a proceeding is filed within four weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 26/02/2019 would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay,
