Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the resolution was passed nominating the delegatee on 18.03.2020. But the name of the delegatee of Vividh Karyakari Seva Sahakari Societies are not included in the voters list. 2.

Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the last date for submission of the name of the delegatee was 18.03.2020 and the name of the delegatees was submitted on 25.01.2021.

As the resolution was not submitted within the prescribed period of time as per the program, we do not find that the respondents have committed any error in negating the right of the petitioners.
