A challenge was raised to the tender

2820.19wp (2) notice dated 21st February, 2019 by the petitioner. This Court was not inclined to pass any interim order and permitted the authority to proceed further and not to finalize the same for the period of one week. It is submitted on instructions that in further progress of tender notice dated 21st February, 2019, the petitioner who had also participated in the tender process is found to be lowest tenderer and the petitioner is not willing to prosecute the petition further.

In view of subsequent developments as stated above, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
