ORDER:

The submissions made show that the petitioner came to be terminated during pendency of the present matter and Writ Petition No.10150/2013 is pending to challenge the order of termination. The main relief in the present matter was in respect of suspension. The departmental enquiry was concluded and she came to be terminated. Nothing survives in the present matter. In respect of entitlement to get the post of Headmaster that point can be considered only if she succeeds in the other matter. That point is kept open. The writ petition is disposed of by keeping the aforesaid point of entitlement open. Rule is discharged.
