Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1,2 and 4.

Mr.Sant, learned counsel waives notice for Respondent No.3.

Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the

2 W.P.No.2554/18 tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2017. The petitioner has appeared for third (II) examination. The result is withheld. According to the learned counsel before getting the degree, the petitioner has to undergo internship.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.3.2018.

The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the petitioner be allowed to continue internship, however, degree certificate shall not be issued unless validity is produced.
