This is an application for condonation of delay of 219 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant on record along with a prayer seeking permission to bring the legal representatives on record. The appeal is admitted for final hearing. The appeal is of the year 2004. Appeals of prior years are pending for final hearing. In that view of the matter, although there is a delay of 219 days, the delay has not hampered further progress of the matter. 2.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to condone the delay, set aside abatement of appeal and permit the names of applicant to be impleaded as legal representatives of deceased appellant sole. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
