The learned counsel appearing for the original claimants has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay, even otherwise the delay is sufficiently explained. For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.

The execution of the award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under each of the said award along with interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this court within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
