It is informed that the original petitioner has died and the applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(d) are legal heirs of the petitioner. The applicants are entitled for the monetary benefits which are payable to the deceased petitioner, who was an employee of the respondents.

Considering the above aspects, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-'B'. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Delay occurred in presenting the instant application is condoned.
