The applicant prays for recalling the order of the learned Registrar, dated 27.2.2017 refusing registration for non-removal of office objections in the Writ Petition.

This application is filed in time.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant shall remove all office objections within three weeks from today, pursuant to which the order of the learned Registrar shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition shall stand registered.
