The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Municipal Council be added as a Respondent in the Writ Petition. The Petitioners are agreeable.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Addition of the Municipal Council shall be carried out and amendment shall be made within 15 days from today.
