DATE : 23rd June, 2017 ORAL ORDER The respondent undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.3,000/- in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. If the amount is deposited, the matter be referred to mediator Shri P.R. Patil, Advocate, before whom the parties agree to appear on 17th July, 2017. 2.

In case if the amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, considering hardship and inconvenience of the applicant, particularly she being in custody of a minor child and distance between Nanded and Pune, it be deemed that application is granted in terms of prayer clause (B). 3.

If the amount is deposited, the matter be placed for further consideration on 24th July, 2017.
