Mr. Bhavthankar, the learned counsel submits that, one Sugriv Mundhe is appointed as Head Master and his appointment order is also approved. The respondent No. 4 herein is not working as Head Master.

The relief is claimed against the order dated 08.12.2014 passed by the respondent No. 2 in favour of the respondent No. 4. As the said order itself does not survive, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

The petitioner is at liberty to take up appropriate
