The learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered across the Bar an undertaking filed by the petitioner; the same is taken on record.

In the light of the undertaking filed by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.12 lakhs deposited in the Registry of this Court.

2674.15wp So far contention of the petitioner that he is entitled for Rs.19 lakhs is concerned, we grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the respondents by way of filing an application / representation. If such an application / representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondents to take decision thereon, as expeditiously as possible; however, within four weeks from the date of filing such an application / representation.

Petition stands disposed on above terms.
