1) The civil application filed for vacating interim relief and also for fixing early date. The interim relief is granted to stay the proceeding before the Family Court where divorce proceeding is filed by the husband. Grievance of the learned counsel for the husband is that though he had filed caveat this circumstance was not brought to the notice of the Hon'ble Judge who made the order of interim stay and so the stay needs to be vacated. The matter filed for transfer itself can be heard for final disposal. So list the main matter on 18th March 2016. The civil application is disposed of.
