The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is seeking deemed date of promotion to the post of Junior Engineer. The respondent no.3Chief Executive Officer has sought clarification/sanction from respondent no.2 (Page No.31).

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2.

In case, the proposal is submitted by respondent no.3 to respondent no.2 (Page No.31) and if the same is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it preferably within a period of four (04) months. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
