Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for correction in nomenclature of tribe certificate on 18.11.2021 and the same is pending. Statement is accepted. 3.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate received by him to the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, Taluka Biloli, District Nanded.

On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Officer, Biloli, District Nanded, shall issue fresh tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct nomenclature, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of such original tribe certificate. 5.

Writ petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
